Key Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit
-Proven experience in a senior audit leadership role
-Strong knowledge of audit standards, internal controls, and risk management
-IFRS certification is required
-Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the audit department and audit team
-Develop and execute risk-based audit plans
-Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
-Present audit findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management and the board

-Support executive management in strategic planning by providing risk assessments, insights, and recommendations

Job Description :
* Conduct on-site financial and operational audits of different complexity
and scope.
* Ensure internal audits are resourced, performed and completed properly.
* Execute audits for all MCV accounts.
* Review audit work papers to assure clarity and well-organized
documentation.
* Ensure key controls are tested and all imperative risks are addressed.
* Formulate and report conclusions related to adequate internal controls and
procedures on basis of knowledge of operations and audit work
performance.
* Perform internal audits in a professional manner in accordance with the
approved audit work program.
* Appraise the adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve deficient
conditions.
* Prepare formal written communications, expressing opinions on
the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which
activities are carried out.
Qualifications:
* Experience in Internal Auditor from 3 to 5 years,
