📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), ensuring all required information and approvals are complete.
- Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranty conditions.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up until final delivery to warehouses or project sites.
- Source, evaluate, qualify, and onboard local and international suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Handle quality issues, returns, and replacement cases.
- Maintain an updated supplier and pricing database.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Technical Office, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support framework agreements and supply contracts.
- Prepare procurement reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
🔹 Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably within electrical contracting, smart automation, ELV systems, or the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain processes, tendering, and quotation analysis.
- Good understanding of electrical materials and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical datasheets and specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good command of English, especially for supplier communication and technical documentation.
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, planning, time management, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under project deadlines while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
