Legal Manager 

Tatweer Misr is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to protect and advance our legal

interests across one of Egypt's most ambitious real estate portfolios.

What You'll Own:

• Drafting and reviewing complex construction contracts (FIDIC), PSAs, JV

agreements, and bank facility agreements

• Leading high-stakes legal negotiations with contractors, partners, and financial

institutions

• Managing variation orders, contractor claims, and risk mitigation across active

projects

• Ensuring full compliance with NUCA, GAFI, and Egyptian real estate and investment

regulations

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and Finance

teams

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate, construction, or investment law in Egypt

• Strong command of FIDIC-based contracts and Egyptian regulatory frameworks

• Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-party agreements

• Background in a real estate developer, law firm, or construction company is a plus

- Draft and review contracts, agreements and NDA's.

- Develop internal compliance policies and applications.

- Present legal opinion in international trade with consideration of the Egyptian laws and regulations .

- Execute due diligence reviews and processes.

- Provide legal studies about relevant laws in countries where the company business may expand.

Qualifications:

 * Must be fluent in English,

* Bachelor Degree in law - English or French Section

*Experience from 3 to 6 years in the field of international law of commerce.
