Job Summary:

with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
-Issue system SOPs and revise other department’s SOPs for cGMP and system compliance
-Issue of change controls/deviations/incidents…etc. and review records issued by other QA members or other departments
-Participate in the qualification and re-qualification of suppliers, contractors, and service providers in accordance with cGMP and company procedures.
-Perform supplier risk assessments and classification based on criticality, material/service impact, and regulatory requirements.
-Coordinate and support supplier audits (on-site and remote), including audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
-Review and approve supplier quality documentation such as quality agreements, technical agreements, questionnaires, and certifications.
-Evaluate supplier change notifications and assess their impact on product quality and regulatory compliance.
-Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, deviations, complaints, and CAPA effectiveness.
-Support supplier approval, disqualification, and re-approval decisions based on quality performance and audit outcomes.
-Maintain supplier qualification records and ensure traceability within the electronic QMS.
-Collaborate with Procurement, QC, and other departments to ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries
-Effective communication skills
-Able to manage changes
-Experience in electronic QMS
