Dealer Network Development Supervisor
to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and plan new areas for dealer network expansion.
- Develop quarterly dealer performance improvement and evaluation programs.
- Communicate effectively with Manufacturing/OEM teams regarding standards and approvals.
- Set and oversee renovation plans for existing dealers to ensure full compliance with Mother Company CI.
- Ensure all new outlets comply with CI guidelines and facility standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Solid experience in distributor operations (a must)
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of CI standards and dealer operations is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Great appearance and morals.
📍 Location: El Katameya – Cairo, Egypt
