Job Description :

- Draft and review contracts, agreements and NDA's.

- Develop internal compliance policies and applications.

- Present legal opinion in international trade with consideration of the Egyptian laws and regulations .

- Execute due diligence reviews and processes.

- Provide legal studies about relevant laws in countries where the company business may expand.

Qualifications:

 * Must be fluent in English,

* Bachelor Degree in law - English or French Section

*Experience from 3 to 6 years in the field of international law of commerce.
