Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Admin Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle invoices, expense reports, and other financial/administrative tasks.

- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

- Handle incoming emails, calls, and requests, prioritizing and redirecting as appropriate.

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in a similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Experience in PRO services is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support the sales team in achieving targets, expanding market coverage, and executing sales plans effectively in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

 • Execute sales plans and promotions in line with company strategy

 • Monitor sales performance, coverage, and productivity

 • Coach, motivate, and develop sales representatives

 • Ensure proper merchandising, visibility, and brand presence in assigned areas

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors

 • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management

 • Ensure compliance with pricing, discounts, and company policies

Requirements:

 • 3–5 years of experience in sales or field sales roles, with supervisory exposure

 • Experience in FMCG, home appliances, retail, or distribution is preferred

 • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

 • Ability to manage field teams and drive performance

 • Good understanding of the Saudi market and trade channels
