Job Summary
We are seeking a highly disciplined and safety-driven Fleet Coordinator with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to support our oil and gas operations in Egypt. In this critical role, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of a rugged vehicle fleet while ensuring strict compliance with Egyptian petroleum industry regulations and the strategic safety goals of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. You will act as a guardian of safety, contributing to the industry's "Goal Zero: No Harm – No Leaks" initiative by mitigating the unique risks associated with remote site access, hazardous material transport, and challenging environmental conditions. This role also includes responsibility for financial verification related to fleet operations, specifically managing vendor invoices and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in fleet coordination within the Egyptian Oil & Gas sector (onshore Western Desert operations preferred).
Demonstrated HSE background with experience implementing safety programs in a high-risk environment.
Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, or basic financial reconciliation is required.
Skills & Competencies:
Deep understanding of Journey Management principles and remote logistics in Egyptian desert terrain.
Proficiency with fleet telematics, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis).
Knowledge of EGPC safety regulations and ADR standards for transporting petroleum products.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills for invoice verification and cost allocation.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential for coordinating with field personnel, contractors, and preparing reports.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm during emergency situations.
Valid Egyptian driving license.
Working Conditions
Combination of office work (planning/reporting/invoice processing) and field visits to rig sites, vehicle yards, or inspection centers.
Must be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (desert heat, sandstorms) and varied terrains.
May require a rotating schedule or extended hours to support 24/7 field operations.
Must be willing to travel to remote locations (Western Desert, etc.) and potentially stay in camp-style accommodations.
