Role: Fleet Supervisor

Responsibilities:

·Manage and monitor the company’s fleet operations to ensure efficient vehicle utilization.

·Supervise and evaluate the performance of fleet vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.

·Coordinate vehicle dispatching, scheduling, and route planning.

·Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of all vehicles in compliance with safety standards.

·Track and analyze fuel consumption, mileage, and overall fleet performance.

·Handle vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and compliance with transportation regulations.

·Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, maintenance schedules, and associated expenses.

·Support drivers with daily operational needs and resolve fleet-related issues promptly.

·Collaborate with other departments to meet delivery and transport requirements.

·Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize costs and enhance fleet efficiency.

·Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Logistics Manager.

·Coordinate with the Sales Team on delivery operations, from loading to dealer receipt.

Qualification: 

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse coordination.

·Valid driver's license.

·Experience in fleet management or logistics.

·Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

·Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·Proficiency in fleet management software.

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

·Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·Basic Microsoft Office.

· Coordinate with overseas suppliers to plan and ship seasonal orders, ensuring on-time stock availability.

· Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documentation within agreed timelines through Nafeza.

· Coordinate with customs clearance agents to ensure smooth clearance at ports.

· Support warehouse operations and store deliveries as required.

· Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and reports.

▪️ Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in retail or logistics operations.

·  Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

·  Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

·  Proficiency in MS Office.

 - Strategic mindset with attention to detail and commitment to best practices.
