Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facility Management.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in Facility Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.

• Proven experience in managing residential and community facilities within the UAE.

• Demonstrated success in leading FM operations, ensuring service delivery in line with KPIs and client expectations.

• Hands-on experience in home and property maintenance, including AMC and pool AMC services.

• Strong background in managing sales operations, including contract negotiation, quotations, and revenue growth.

• Skilled in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across maintenance and ad-hoc service lines.

• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and coordinating with internal teams such as Procurement, CRM, and external developers.

• Proficient in CAFM systems, with a strong grasp of SLA management and operational efficiency.

• Proven ability to build, lead, and manage teams of technicians, supervisors, and coordinators.

• Business development mindset with a track record of increasing annual revenues and expanding client portfolios.
