HSE specialist

Location :10th of Ramadan

Job Title: HSE specialist

Industry: home appliances

Job description:

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with Haier standards and local regulations.

- Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for production lines, machinery, and activities.

- Ensure machine safety, guarding, and LOTO compliance.

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

- Support environmental audits and inspections.

- Conduct regular internal HSE inspections and audits.

- Develop and implement emergency response plans.

- Ensure contractors comply with Haier HSE requirements.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.

2- 3 to 5 years of experience is required, with mandatory experience in factories.

3- Professional Certificate: OSHA and IOSH certifications are mandatory, and NEBOSH is preferred, Certified Occupational Safety and Health Specialist, First Aid and Firefighting certifications. 

4- English is required.

5- HSE data analysis & dashboards.
