We are looking for a highly motivated Toll Manufacturing Senior Specialist to join our growing team.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞:
To manage and optimize toll manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate planning, timely fulfillment of customer supply orders, effective inventory control, and seamless coordination between production, procurement, warehouses, and logistics, while driving operational efficiency and high service levels.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Plan and monitor production to meet customer demand in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on customer supply orders, production status, loading, and delivery.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in toll manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle is preferred).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
• Achieve Production and development plans for all production lines according to the approved quality and safety standards.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Issue and update production instructions for production control.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Supervise and direct the work of the production foremen.
• Monitor production processes performance and update time studies to enhance production rates.
• Ensuring that production Machines are in satisfactory state of efficiency to achieve the required process capability.
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
• Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• Work with teams for newly applied designs for the machines.
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications and validation processes for production activities.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages/waste.
• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
• Follows deadlines to ensure timely production orders.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
• Manage and control materials to ensure best utilization for production plan and eliminate waste.
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety rules, regulations and standards in place.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Engineering Bachelor’s degree
Language: Arabic Native and V. Good command in English
Computer: Good user for Microsoft office suite
Years of Experience: 0-2 relevant experience
License or certification required: Sound Knowledge of lean six sigma - Knowledge of 5S
