to lead and optimize the planning function within our fast-paced FMCG cosmetics environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to validate forecasts and align assumptions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve demand planning performance.
- Lead demand review meetings as part of the SOPs / IBP process.
- Create and manage short-, mid-, and long-term production plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Optimize production schedules to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs, waste, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing to ensure the feasibility of production plans and resolve capacity or resource issues.
- Track production plan adherence and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Plan and manage raw material requirements based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Procurement on purchase plans, supplier capacity, and lead times.
- Monitor inventory KPIs, including stock turns, coverage, and obsolescence.
- Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Align demand, supply, and inventory plans with financial targets.
- Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain planning at least 3-5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing planning for large-scale projects or complex portfolios
- Professional certification: Strong understanding of SOPs, MRP, and inventory management principles.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all stores, service centers, and warehouse facilities.
• Ensure all branches comply with brand standards, operational procedures, and service quality metrics.
• Manage inventory flow, logistics, and stock control in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
• Monitor and enhance operational KPIs such as sales conversion, delivery timelines, and service turnaround.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or retail management systems is a strong advantage.
