* Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
* Document financial transactions by entering account information.

* Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.

-Expenses control
1-Check invoice uploaded by suppliers on tax portal & approve or reject after matching with GEMS system & double check with Purchasing department.
2- Review & Approve GEMS Claims (check numbers of calculations - tax - expenses type - budget - descriptions & attached supporting documents (invoices - Purchase orders - delivery notes - contracts …. etc.)
3 - Follow Up with purchasing department that all invoices are uploaded to GEMS system.
4- Share with Factories GEMS closing Schedule.
-Accruals
1- Collect accrual from all departments.
2- analyze calculation accuracy & logic check with related department if there is wrong calculation.
3- Check old accruals compared & if need to extend or cancel.
4- Register accruals on GEMS System before deadline.
- local & Import Supplier
Accounts control
1- Prepare aging report to follow up all supplier's dues.
2- Follow up with purchasing all suppliers' dues & late invoices not registered.
3- Follow up with treasury the payment of supplier's dues.
4- Check all suppliers contracts & make sure-Do dates registered on system matching.
5- Prepare balance confirmations with suppliers.
6- Control all suppliers balances including VAT & Withholding tax & manage differences.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
-3-5 Years of experience.
-Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
-Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., GEMS) and e-invoicing portals.
-In-depth knowledge of VAT, Withholding Tax, and accrual accounting.
