Vacancy:
Procurement Supervisor
Location: District 5
Part of duties-responsibilities:
-Develop and approve high-value international and local purchase orders by requesting quotations from qualified suppliers, evaluating offers, and selecting the most competitive option while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Manage and monitor purchase orders for all departments (Maintenance, IT, HR, Marketing, etc.) while maintaining strong vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring accurate data entry and updates in Oracle.
-Evaluate the performance of carriers, vendors, and delivery services to ensure quality and reliability.
-Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure all activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with procedures.
-Administer supplier contracts, negotiate best pricing strategies, and analyze issues in material supply, recommending strategies to improve quality and optimize inventory levels.
-Provide daily performance reports of the purchasing process to the Procurement Director.
-Ensure all transactional records are accurately maintained, generating management-required reports through digitalized tracking and inventory control systems.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related field.
-5+ years of experience preferably in facility management field.
