Tender Manager!

Elixir is looking an experienced Tender Manager to manage and oversee all pharmaceutical tender activities across governmental and private sector accounts in Egypt. 

The key responsibilities of the job would be:

- Manage the full tender cycle from announcement to award and contract execution.

- Review and analyze tenders issued by MOH, UPA, hospitals, universities, and public institutions.

- Prepare and submit technical and financial tender files in line with tender requirements and deadlines.

- Coordinate with Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Legal teams.

- Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with company margins and market conditions.

- Follow up on tender results, awards, renewals, and amendments.

- Manage awarded tenders including quantities, delivery schedules, penalties, and payment terms.

- Monitor competitor pricing and market tender trends.

- Prepare regular tender performance and revenue reports.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is highly preferred.

- +7 of experience in pharmaceutical tenders within the Egyptian market.

- Strong knowledge of MOH, governmental tenders, UPA procedures, and EDA pricing regulations.

- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

- Good command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure differentials) across vaccine production and storage areas, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.

- Participate in raw material dispensing for vaccine manufacturing and verify specifications and calculations as per SOPs.

- Oversee vaccine manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements.

- Review batch records and logbooks related to vaccine production for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GDP.

- Record and report deviations, non-conformities, and incidents specific to vaccine processes. Participate in root cause investigations and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

- 0–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QA; experience in vaccine manufacturing is a plus.

- Knowledge of cGMP and GDP principles.

- Understanding of CAPA, change control, and quality documentation systems.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and safety programs.

- Awareness of validation principles and basic statistical concepts.
