Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement planning strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning
• Drive accurate demand forecasting in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
• Optimize inventory levels and resource utilization

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
