This role plays a key part in driving cost efficiency, ensuring uninterrupted medication availability, and building strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end pharmacy procurement across all group facilities.
- Manage pharmaceutical tenders, negotiations, and supplier contracts at a group level.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and key stakeholders.
- Ensure competitive pricing, regulatory compliance, and timely supply.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and medical teams to develop and update pharmacy policies.

- Deliver monthly, semi-annual, and annual procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in pharmacy procurement, hospital pharmacy management, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Proven expertise in tenders, negotiations, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate at a group level and partner effectively with senior leadership.
