🔶 Role Overview
EBH is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to grow our customer base and increase sales across core product ranges. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of non-food consumer products, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in achieving B2B sales targets.
🔶 Key Responsibilities
•Build, manage, and grow a strong B2B portfolio (wholesalers, retailers, hypermarkets, corporate buyers, distributors).
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories:
Homeware – Blankets – Bags – Chairs – Tables
•Conduct regular client visits and develop strategic account plans.
•Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
•Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and oversee collection cycles.
•Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth order execution.
•Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors to support commercial strategy.
•Represent EBH & Mintra at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
🔶 Requirements
•3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in non-food products, preferably:
•Homeware / household goods
•Blankets & textiles
•Bags & luggage
•Plastic furniture (chairs, tables)
•Other non-food retail products
•Strong negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet targets.
•Valid driver’s license and readiness for frequent client visits.
•Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
•CRM experience is a plus.
