Export Logistics Executive
to manage and oversee the export shipment process.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring export logistics operations, ensuring the proper shipment of export products, and completing all necessary documentation to guarantee on-time delivery in line with export regulations and client requirements.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure products designated for export are loaded into containers provided by shipping companies.
- Verify the completion of all required documentation for export shipments on time.
- Follow up on booking export product shipments.
- Prepare reports for shipped products (export and local).
- Review export shipment data based on the export certificate.
- Ensure the arrival of shipping containers according to the agreed schedule with shipping companies.
- Follow up on obtaining original export certificates for export shipments and copies of delivery notes for local deliveries.
- Follow up on obtaining export certificates (customs clearance).
- Monitor support entitlements for submitted export certificates.
- Follow up on financial entitlements related to invoices for export shipments.
Job Requirements:
- BSc. of any relative studies.
- 5-7 years of experience in similar role in export logistics or shipping.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and commitment to best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle

• Manage HS codes for final shipments in coordination with SDS.
• Manage SDS claims and approvals.
• Review the correctness of CIP tax and other fee amounts deducted from CPS.
• Review deduction amounts applied to the letter of guarantee for each shipment.
• Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Finance) to optimize import/export operations.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and import/export laws.
• Work with ERP systems for documentation and workflow accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (or relevant field).
• Very good command of English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
